This Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") governs the use of the LIUPAG software product and services (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") and is concluded between LIUKIT - VIKTAR LIUKEVICH, NIP 5214058904, REGON 527883939, (hereinafter - the Provider) and any person purchasing a license or using the Service (the User).
By registering on the website, purchasing a license, or using the Service, the User confirms that they have read and accept the terms of this Agreement.
1. Subject of the Agreement
1.1. The Provider grants the User the right to use the Service and software (including backend files, visual editor, and other Service components) under a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license.
1.2. The User does not acquire ownership rights to the software. All exclusive rights belong to the Provider.
2. Registration and Account
2.1. To use the Service, the User must register an account and provide accurate information.
2.2. The User is responsible for maintaining the security of access to their account.
3. Licenses and Restrictions
3.1. The license is granted depending on the purchased plan (for example, One, Start, Pro, Agency).
3.2. The User may use the Service only for the number of websites specified in the purchased license.
3.3. The following are prohibited:
resale or transfer of the license to third parties;
copying or distributing the software code;
attempting to bypass technical restrictions (e.g., domain limits);
using the Service for illegal purposes.
4. Payment and Refunds
4.1. Payment for licenses is made through the payment operator (Paddle) or other available methods.
4.2. Prices and tariffs are published on the Provider's website and may change. New prices apply upon license renewal.
4.3. All payments are final and non-refundable. By accepting this agreement, the User gives their full consent and confirms understanding and acceptance of all points of the agreement without exception.
4.4. In case of automatic subscription renewal, the User may cancel it through their personal account before the next charge date.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1. The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties.
5.2. The Provider is not liable for:
5.3. The Provider's maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount actually paid by the User for the last purchased license.
6. Privacy and Data
6.1. The User's personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
6.2. The Provider has the right to collect the minimum amount of data necessary for the operation of the Service and for fulfilling legal obligations (for example, country for tax calculation).
7. Term and Termination
7.1. The Agreement comes into force from the moment of registration on the service, license activation, or first use of the Service, whichever occurs first.
7.2. The Provider has the right to suspend or terminate the license in case of violation of the terms of the Agreement by the User.
8. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
8.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Poland.
8.2. All disputes are resolved in the competent courts at the place of registration of the Provider.
9. Other Terms
9.1. The Provider reserves the right to update this Agreement by publishing a new version on the website.
9.2. Use of the Service after changes to the terms means the User's acceptance of them.
